CREDITS: Landon Anderson is an incredible dancer, teacher, and choreographer with professional industry experience. He has danced all styles of dance throughout his life at both Charisma Dance Studio and Center Stage Performing Arts Studio. He holds national titles in contemporary, jazz, and ballroom at both National Dance Conventions and Ballroom Competitions. In 2012 he was New York City Dance Alliance (NYCDA) National Teen Male Outstanding Dancer 1st Runner-up where his solo, choreographed by himself, was awarded outstanding choreography. In the same year, he was one of four US representatives in the World Youth Latin Dancesport Championships held in Beijing, China. He has appeared on So You Think You Can Dance (making it to the“Green Mile” in season 11). He has also appeared on Dancing With the Stars among other TV productions. He appears in many of Scott Winn's hip hop music videos (with choreographer Jason Celaya) including "Stormtrooper Secrets" which went viral overnight. Before his mission to Córdoba, Argentina he worked as a dancer at the Jazz Basketball halftimes. He is two time National Amateur Cabaret Champion and he and his sweetheart, Hannah Gasinski, are top three National finalists in the Amateur American Smooth style of Ballroom Dancesport. 

 

NOW: Landon is a senior at BYU and dances on the Ballroom Dance Tour Team there. Recently, he and his team won the 2019 British Latin-Formation-Team Dancesport Championships. He studies Exercise and Wellness, Ballroom Dance and Spanish. He dreams to inspire, teach and motivate people to live healthy lifestyles in order to enjoy long lives free of chronic disease and full of purpose. He is CPR and First Aid certified through the ECSI.

 

Landon has an exceptional understanding of dance technique in ballet, jazz, contemporary, hip hop and ballroom dancesport. He has a knack for choreography and settles for nothing less than a dancer's personal best. He loves all things spiritual, the arts, being outdoors and trying new things. He hopes to bring out the best in all those with whom he interacts and can't wait to work with you!
